INTRODUCTION
MOCA Resources Sdn. Bhd. (MRSB) is obligated to provide training services as part of its effort to develop skilled workforce in the oil and gas industry and are taking the initiative to develop and improve the training programs through the innovativeness of its propositions.
Established in March 2012 as an educational body for the oil and gas industry in Malaysia, MRSB is a business arm of MOCA (formerly known as OSFAM), an association for the offshore contractors in the oil and gas industry in Malaysia.
The role of MRSB is to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and skills through the various specific approaches.
